The whole world is watching–us!
It was a stunning display of solidarity worldwide as millions of marchers took to the streets, from all over America to South Africa, Europe and beyond, to advocate for human rights, civil rights and environmental issues. It was apparently a blow to the new administration’s fragile ego as the new press secretary was sent out in his first press conference to angrily defend the “crowd” count at the inauguration. Crybaby Trump used his appearance before the CIA yesterday to continue the “crowd-gate” conspiracy theory and rewrite history about his support of the intelligence agency. Sad!
Now we need to keep this movement alive! Get involved with local politics and keep writing letters to those who can spread the word and fight against the agenda of hate, injustice and “alternative facts.” A “sister” grassroots meeting of the Orange County Democratic Party is tonight, 6:30 (social), 7:00–8:30 PM meeting.
